the octopus is washed, cleaned and kneaded before going to the grill to make it tender. grill the octopus on the grill. the potatoes are cooked. meanwhile, chop the garlic, parsley and onion and add the olive oil. place the octopus on a platter after grilling and the potatoes cooked around the octopus and water everything with the sauce.


Note: the potatoes can also be baked in the oven or on the grill, wrapped in aluminum foil.

  • 1.5 kg of octopus
  • 12 potatoes
  • 2 dl of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
