Preparation

Peel the prawns, reserving only the tip of the tail, and pour them into a bowl and then season them with salt, pepper and lime juice.

While the prawns are absorbing the flavor, prepare the sauce.

Mix the mayonnaise with the parsley, a little lemon juice and the garlic. Store in the cold.

Drain the prawns, pass them through the beaten egg and then through the bread mixture. Fry them in hot oil for 50 seconds.

Remove, let the oil drain.

Serve with the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
