Preparation

wash the octopus, remove its head and separate the tentacles. season with salt and pepper. place the octopus on a tray, add the sweet potatoes, previously washed and sliced, the chopped onion, garlic and tomato, the bay leaf, paprika, white wine and, finally, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley. bake at 170º C for at least an hour. serve immediately.
