Preparation

To start making butter sauce:

Chop the garlic.

In a frying pan pour the chopped garlic cloves, add the butter, so that it absorbs the spices without changing color.

Place the lobster on the chopping board with the back up and, with a large, heavy knife, cut it in half, in the longitudinal direction, with a dry stroke, remove the gut.

In a cataplana (pan), arrange the lobster and pour the butter sauce on top (if necessary add a little more salt).

Cook over low heat, approximately 10 minutes or until the lobster is cooked.

Sprinkle the chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy your food!
