Preparation

in a saucepan bring the margarine and the oil to the heat, add the onion and the chopped garlic, let it sauté.
add the sauté, the bay leaf, the white wine and the sprig of parsley, let it boil for 5 minutes.
add the mussels, cover and let the mussels open.
once opened, remove the mussels to a plate.
let the sauce cook for a few minutes, remove the parsley.
drizzle the mussels with the sauce and garnish with lemon wedges.
