clean the squid thoroughly, discarding the tentacles and everything inside.
put a skillet on the fire, put a spoon of oil and place the squid. keep the heat low and turn the squid on both sides, preventing it from burning. no more than 2-3 minutes on each side.
Only add salt when you remove them from the grill.
In a bowl, add the rest of the oil and add the chopped garlic and parsley as finely as possible.
Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
In a bowl place the squid and cover the oil with the chopped garlic and parsley.
Serve hot.
It can be served with tomato slices and a little lettuce.
