Preparation

The female spider crab has more filling, the male has bigger legs, it depends on preference.
Insert the spider crab in a pan with water and salt and as soon as the water starts to boil let it cook for another 15 minutes for a spider crab with 1 kg, if you have 2 kg leave it for 20 to 25 minutes
Then remove from the pan and let it cool down enough to open it.


Separate the legs, open the shell, remove the gills and cut the part that connects to the legs in pieces.

Keeping everything inside the shell, mash everything very well with a fork adding a little beer.
If you like you can add toasted bread, mayonnaise, boiled egg. It all depends on taste.
When natural add only beer to help flavor and moisten.
