Preparation

bake the big crab, open, and separate the legs.
remove the gills from the carapace, then remove everything edible inside the carapace into a bowl.
Mix the soft parts, which are in the shell with the meat that you take from the paws and the remaining ingredients.
put the stuffing back in the shell, and put it on a plate on lettuce leaves and decorate with the rest of the crab.
serve with slices of toasted bread.
