Preparation
Season the shrimp with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice. Allow 30 minutes.
In a large pan or frying pan, heat the oil, the margarine, the chopped garlic cloves, the bay leaves and the piri-piri and heat everything very well.
When it is very hot, add the prawns and fry them while keeping the heat high.
After the shrimp are colored, you can add the beer and fry some more.
When they are fried, remove them to a plate and let the sauce cook for another 3 minutes.
Drizzle the shrimp with the sauce, sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
Serve with toasted bread.
