Preparation

In a bowl, mix the water with the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Let this preparation stand for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Peel the prawns, remove their heads and guts and insert a skewer from the side of the head towards the tail.

Pass the prawns in flour, then the preparation and, finally, the almonds.

Fry in oil, moderately hot. Remove and drain on absorbent paper. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander. Enjoy your food!
