Preparation

wash and peel the prawns.

peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. mix with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and prawns

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. peel the chives and cut on the bias. wash the green beans.

Cook the Chinese noodles according to the instructions on the package.

heat the oil in the wok. Sauté the prawns, remove from the wok and reserve.

cook the vegetables in the wok for about 5 minutes, turning at the same time. add the prawns and noodles, turn and season with the soy sauce before serving.

  • 400 g of prawns
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, or powdered
  • 6c. tureens of soy sauce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 200 g flat green beans
  • 100g Chinese noodles
  • 2 C. tureens of sunflower oil
