Preparation

Cook the pasta in a pan with plenty of water seasoned with a drizzle of oil and salt.

When ready, drain and return to the same pan.

Add the margarine and mix well. Leave on low heat.

Add the 3 eggs and add salt to taste. Mix well.

When everything is mixed add the bechamel sauce and a little milk. Wrap it up well.

Now add the cheese, mix well and serve immediately. Enjoy your food!

  • 150 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 box bechamel sauce (or 1 small)
  • to taste Salt
  • q.b. milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 50 g cheese
