Preparation

arrange the squids without opening them, leaving them whole. also remove the skin. cut them into not too small rings.

in a frying pan heat the oil with the chopped garlic and the bay leaf. add the squid and cook. season with very little salt, as the squid does not need much salt. when you turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander.
