wash the zucchini, cut the trunk and bring them to a boil, when they are cooked let them cool in the same water.
while chopping the onion and bell pepper, put them to sauté in a saucepan with little oil, when the onion is transparent put the meat and cook it a little. let cool.
cut the zucchini in half and remove the pulp taking care that they do not break, put the pulp in a strainer and remove all the water, add the meat, pulp, olives, chopped eggs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, cumin and the whole egg, mix, if the preparation remains a little light, put breadcrumbs.
In an oiled baking dish, put the stuffed zucchini and cook in a moderate oven for approximately 25 minutes.
