Preparation
Mix the fresh yeast with the warm milk and let it sit for a few minutes.
Put the flour in a bowl. Add a pinch of sugar and salt, the egg and a little oil. Mix everything together and add the milk.
Knead the dough for a firm and elastic cake. (Perhaps the dough needs a little more water.)
Let it rest and grow for another 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese with black pepper and nutmeg and reserve.
Cut the onion and bacon into julienne.
To finish opening the dough, pass the cream cheese mixture on top and cover with onion and bacon.
Bake in the oven at 200º Degrees - 15 to 25 min (depending on the oven may vary!)
Serve hot on a wooden board.

- 70 grams bacon
