Preparation

Cut the potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes into squares and place in a terrine.

Add the tuna on top and spread the oregano.

Season with a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. You can also use salt, pepper, vinegar and aromatic herbs preferably.

Decorate with previously cooked eggs cut into 4 parts or sliced

  • 200g of Tuna
  • 2 or 3 medium tomatoes, red but hard
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Oregano q.s.
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • Lemon juice q.s.
  • Parsley to decorate
