Cut the cabbage, carrot and green beans very thin, bring to a very light boil without letting the vegetables cook too much.

Pass the dowel to drain all the water.

When cooking, you should not add water, as it will boil with the water after washing it well.

Chop the pepper, tomato and chop the onion afterwards, season everything and mix the tuna, leave a little time in the glacier and serve it fresh.

If you want you can add some slices of boiled egg.
