Preparation

heat the oven to 200ºc.
wash the goldenfish very well, dry them with a cloth and make 3 strokes diagonally on each one.
put on a platter and sprinkle with lemon juice. let it stand for about 15 minutes.
in a frying pan sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add the wine and the fish stock and let it boil. add the tomatoes cut in quarters and the courgette in slices. season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. pour the sauce on a baking sheet, place the bream and, over them, the rest of the oil. will bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
garnished with black olives and served with sautéed potatoes.

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 onion
  • 2.5 dl of white wine
  • 2 dl of fish or seafood stock
  • black olives
  • 2 garlic cloves
