Preparation
Bring water to a boil, seasoning it with a pinch of salt and a pinch of turmeric. Add the raisins and cinnamon and simmer for 1 hour. remove the cinnamon, mix it with the butter and sugar.

- 1/4 kilo of extra long rice
- 1 liter of water
- 30 ml brown sugar
- cinnamon
- 5 ml of salt
- 30 ml turmeric
- 125 ml of raisins
- 15 ml of butter or margarine
