Preparation

Preheat the oven to medium-high temperature and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
Slice the zucchini finely and mirror the slices on the baking sheet.
Put oil on top and sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
You can also add other spices that you like.
Do not overdo the salt as the zucchini shrinks and concentrates the seasoning.
Put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Rotate the pan and leave for another 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the oven.
When the chips are golden and crispy, it's ready.
