Prepare the zucchini, chopping into small cubes.

Sauté the garlic and onion in the oil until golden and add the tomato sauce.

Add the zucchinis.

Wrap and let the sauce refine, but don't let the zucchini melt. It should be crispy.

Put cream and mushrooms, always stirring.

Serve with white or brown rice. Enjoy your food!
