Preparation

Place the cooked yams in a blender, add the oil, garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Beat everything until a creamy mass, if necessary, add a little more oil, to get the ideal texture.
Let stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
