Preparation

Rinse the cabbage in hot water and let the soy protein hydrate in hot water.
Drain the protein and sauté in olive oil, onion and garlic.
Season with salt and set aside.
Stuff the cabbage leaves and wrap in the shape of the cigars.
Cook a little in the tomato sauce with the olives and finish with chopped parsley.

Ingredients

  • 8 cabbage leaves
  • 2 cup (s) of soy protein
  • 1 unit of chopped onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil to taste
  • 10 chopped pitted olives
  • Salt to taste
  • Sauce:
  • 3 cup (tea) of tomato sauce (preferably homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
