Preparation

Take the soy protein and add the boiling water with the vegetable broth, stir and let the soy absorb all the water. Meanwhile cut the okra into small rings of a maximum of 1 cm, cut the tomatoes, the onion.
Take a light pan to the fire, add the oil, and sauté half the garlic and onion, then add the okra and stir until the okra drool is gone.
After that saute the rest of the garlic and onion in the oil, add the soy protein and let it sauté a little, until it is golden brown.
Then add the okra, mixing everything, cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve with white rice or pasta.

  • 3 very ripe chopped tomatoes without skin and without seeds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
