Preparation

1. Place the water and cod slices in a pan. Bring to a high heat and bring to a boil for about seven to eight minutes. Place the cod slices on a plate, remove the skins and bones and shred them in splinters with the help of a fork. Poach the eggs in the cod-cooking water (bring the pan to a boil again and when the water starts to bubble slightly, pour the eggs one by one and let them poach over medium-high heat). When they are poached, drain them and set aside on a plate. Reserve the cooking water.
2. In a bowl, put the oil, the chopped garlic, the chopped coriander, the pepper and mix everything very well. Add the cod chips and season with a pinch of salt. Put the broken bread into pieces, stir, pour the cooking water and wrap everything.
3. Finally, place the poached eggs, sprinkle with a little more chopped coriander and serve.
