Preparation

1. Clean and wash the cuttlefish. Cook them in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes. When the cuttlefish are cooked, cut them into pieces and season with a little salt.

2. Wash the potatoes in their skins and cook them in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt.

3. Place the olive oil, garlic cloves, bay leaf and pepper in a bowl. Mix everything with a spoon.

4. Place the boiled potatoes with the cuttlefish on a tray. Drizzle everything with the mixture of olive oil and garlic and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 45 minutes. From time to time drizzle with the sauce itself.

5. Turn off the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
