Preparation

the meat is left to marinate for a few hours. fried in lard.

the clams are soaked in water with plenty of salt and washed in various waters to remove the sand. (or buy from frozen ones that come clean with sand).

bring the oil to the heat and when it is hot, add the garlic to brown.

the clams and the chopped coriander are introduced. season with salt and pepper and stir occasionally.

water with white wine when they are opening. when all the clams are open, water them with half a lemon juice.

potatoes

fry potatoes in cubes.

Final:

prepare the meat as indicated above, fry the potatoes in cubes and arrange the clams.

add the meat and potatoes to the clams, sprinkle with chopped coriander and let it cook for a while and serve.
