Preparation
Without desalting the cod, put the pieces to roast
When it is cooked, remove and immediately put it in a bowl with cold water.
Let stand in the water for 2 hours.
Shred the cod in chips.
Remove from water and season with parsley, chopped garlic and olive oil and serve.
Serve with boiled potatoes
