Preparation
Choose the grain and soak it in cold water 12 hours in advance.
Put a pan on the stove, pour the grain and cover with water. Add the meats and boil for 5 minutes
Then cut the potatoes and pumpkin into pieces.
Wash the green beans, remove the nipples and threads, cut into pieces and add to the stew
Add to the previous preparation and cook.
When the meats are cooked, remove them and let them cool and cut them into pieces.

Season with salt to taste. Add the mint to flavor.
Let it flavor for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove some broth from cooking and place in a separate pan where you will place the rice and let it cook for 15 minutes.
