Preparation

cut the meat into small pieces. In a large pot, heat the oil, add the meat and brown well. add the chopped onion, the ground garlic and the chopped tomato and drown everything. increase sufficient quantity of hot water, season, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Chop green beans, peas, carrots, potatoes, turnips and squash, increase to the saucepan and bring to a simmer again. garnish with chopped parsley to serve.

  • - 1/4 kg. of alpaca meat.
