wash the meat very well, season with onion, finely chopped garlic and salt to taste. leave it in the marinade for an hour and then take it to the oven at a temperature of 250 to 300 degrees Celsius, for 35 minutes. Serve hot accompanied by roasted yucca, fried ripe plantain or green in patacones.
