Preparation
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon of chamomile
- 500 ml of water
- Preparation mode:
- Cut the ends of the banana and place it whole or split in half with or without peel to cook in half a liter of water for 10 to 5 minutes over low heat. then turn off add the chamomile cover and let stand for 5 minutes,
