The properties of gall-of-land (Fel-da-Terra) include its healing, calming, deworming, gastric juice stimulant and antipyretic properties, which concerns its ability to regulate body temperature. Thus, due to its properties, the consumption of this tea can be used to, help in the treatment of inflammation in the stomach; poor digestion, increasing the production of gastric secretion; assists in the treatment of liver diseases, such as hepatitis; assists in the treatment of stomatitis, which are small sores and blisters that appear in the mouth, and chronic pharyngitis; appetite stimulant.
Preparation
- 1 tablespoon of fel-da-terra, which can be fresh or dry.
- 1/2 liter of filtered water.
- PREPARATION MODE
- Add the fel-da-terra to 1/2 liter of water and put to the fire until it boils, then turn off the heat, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea and drink at the ideal temperature.
