Marjoram tea

Marjoram is a herb with a delicate flavor and very appreciated in cooking, however, it has action
antispasmodic, expectorant, mucolytic, healing, digestive, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and can be used for several purposes, such as: Improve the functioning of the intestine and avoid symptoms of poor digestion; decrease symptoms of stress and anxiety; assist in the treatment of gastric ulcers; promote the health of the nervous system;

Preparation

  • 10 grams of marjoram leaf
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • Preparation mode:

  • for about 10 minutes.
