Lemongrass Tea

Lemon balm, also known as lemon balm or melissa, is widely used in the treatment of digestive problems.

  • 12 tablespoons of lemongrass leaves;
  • 4 cups of water.
  • Ideal is 1 to 4 grams of leaves for every 150 ml of water.
