Preparation
- 1 cup of crushed blueberry
- 1 liter of water
- Preparation mode:
- Add the crushed blueberry in 1 liter of water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Strain and drink.
- Take 3 to 4 cups a day.
