Preparation
for the pudding:
soak the bread in the milk until it softens, then blend with all the ingredients. We pour the preparation into a ring mold buttered and covered with sugar or caramelized. We take to a moderate oven, for approximately 40 minutes, we test with a stick which should come out dry.
Unmold cold and bathe with the hot or warm blackberry sauce.
for the blackberry sauce:
Bring all the ingredients to a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly, if you are going to use already prepared jam, just add vanilla.

- eight loaves of the previous day cut into pieces
- a cup and a half of blackberries, fresh or in jam
- a cup and a half of milk
- three eggs
- a glass of pisco or other liquor
- one hundred grams of melted butter
- sugar to taste
- half a teaspoon lemon zest
- for the blackberry sauce:
- a cup of fresh or jammed blackberries
- three-quarters cup of sugar
- a teaspoon of vanilla
