beat the butter and yolks. Add the water alternating it with the flour. Shake it until a thick gruel forms. heat the oil in a frying pan and fry teaspoons of the previous mixture to form the sighs when they are golden brown, drain them on absorbent paper.

to make the honey:
boil the sugar, honey and cinnamon stick for a few minutes. Add the zest and lemon juice, when it cools, transfer it to the platter where you are going to serve and add the sighs.
