Preparation

Stir all the ingredients with the scraper until well mixed.
Make with your hands a cylinder of the size you want.
Wrap it in wax paper and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
remove the paper and cut one centimeter thick slices.
quickly, make balls with each of the slices and put them on a previously greased tray and put in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Let the polvorones cool in a can before taking them off as they are very brittle.
once cool, stir them in a little icing sugar.
