soak the dried potato in cold water for half an hour. heat the oil and fry the pieces of meat. in the same fat, brown the chopped onion, ground garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. when cooked, add the meat and broth again. When it comes to a boil, add the dried potato, sweet wine, cloves and roasted and ground peanuts. boil over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick. when the dried potato is soft, remove from heat. serve hot.
