Preparation
soak the dried meat in advance, changing the water several times. better to leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. cook it until it is soft and chop or shred. sauté garlic and onion in oil and add chopped or shredded dried meat. add the rice and fry well, stirring constantly. add water and lower the heat. when serving, place finely chopped parsley. it should be served still moist, so prepare it before serving.
