Preparation

In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion.

Add the remaining ingredients, minus the cheese and rice.

After sauté add the rice, mix.

Place the previous preparation on a tray, sprinkle with Parmesan and cover with the grated cheese.

Place in the medium oven until the cheese melts and becomes a little crunchy.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of green corn
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 chopped tomato without seed
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cooked rice (the one left over from lunch) doesn't have the right amount
  • Grated cheese and parmesan to cover
