Preparation

Put the cooked white rice in a pan, add milk and let it dry over low heat.
In two separate pans, fry the shrimp and jerky with onion on the palm.
The beef jerky needs to be cut into thin slices to be crispy.
Place the rice in a pan and then on a plate.
Add the shrimp in the center and the jerky around.

  • 100g of desalted beef jerky
  • 50 g of desalted smoked shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons of palm oil
  • 1 medium onion
