grind everything into stone or mortar. If you don't have stone mortar, you can grind it in the juicer or grinding machine. serve in the same mortar, or in a clay pot.
Ingredients
- its name is a degeneration of the “chanco en piedra” that has been the action of crushing or grinding the ingredients into a hollowed stone using a stone mallet.
- • 1/2 kg. ripe tomatoes that are red and firm, peeled.
- • 1 medium onion cut into small squares
- • 3 green peppers without seeds cut into squares
- • 1/2 chili pepper without seed cut into squares (optional)
- • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
