Preparation

clean the giblets well, wash them and cook them in water. save part of the cooking broth. chop the giblets.

chop the onion and sauté it in the hot oil. add the minced giblets, the blood and the seasonings.

In the half cup of broth dissolve the cornstarch (cornstarch), and if you like you can add a level teaspoon of sugar.

cook (and add water if necessary) until all ingredients are tender and thickened. at the end, add the chopped green onions.
remove from the fire and serve.

  • 1 kg of goat or lamb (liver, belly, heart and kidney)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/4 liter of lamb or goat blood
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli pepper
  • 1/2 cup of kids broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 green onions
