Preparation

Clean the cherries. Butter and flour the dish. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture turns white. Stir in the flour (3 tablespoons at a time, it makes less lumps!) And the milk little by little.
Mix the fruits so that they cover the dough. Pour into the dish and sprinkle with small pieces of butter.
Put in a hot oven. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes depending on your taste (more if using frozen cherries as they make water). Lower the oven during cooking to 180 ° C to prevent it from darkening too quickly.
Get out of the oven. Sprinkle with sugar, let cool and enjoy!
