boil the water with the cloves, cinnamon and salt in a pot. When the water is boiling, add the rice (previously washed) and wait for the rice to cook (remember to simmer). later, add the vanilla, evaporated milk and sugar (the water must have already dried). We move the preparation constantly until the dessert reaches the desired consistency. Finally, we serve in a carafe and sprinkle with ground cinnamon (let cool before serving).
