Preparation
After the chicken is cleaned and washed, cut into pieces.
Season with chopped onion and garlic, bay leaf, palm oil, salt and chilli.
Bring to a boil over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the spinach leaves to cook for another 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from heat.
Serve with white rice.
