Preparation

cook the chickpeas, at the end of the cooking remove all the water and place it in a pyrex.
cut the onion into strips, mix the olives and season with oil and vinegar.
garnish with chopped parsley.
cook the eggs and cut them into 4 pieces and decorate the pyrex. accompany with any grilled fish.
