Preparation

place the chocolate and margarine in a container and bring to a boil in a water bath until they melt.
when they are liquid, stir with a spoon so that everything is well connected.
in the meantime, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream and then add the melted chocolate. beat the egg whites firmly and add them to the previous preparation, stirring from top to bottom and slowly.
refrigerate to cool a little.
